We also provide free inspections in commercial buildings. We do this so that you can get an opportunity to have a clear idea of what the problems in your building may be. One thing though that we want to clear up right away is that if you need any type of certificate from our part those cannot be included in our free inspections for obvious reasons. That being said any type of inspection that we perform can be done quickly and efficiently so that we do not take up too much of your time!

Buildings Off Limits
This is something that scares a lot of people when they go to give us a call. How long is my building going to be off-limits for? We cannot provide a real, time frame until we actually get to the building and come up with a real diagnosis. That being said, that is one of the reasons why we urge people, especially business owners to be a bit proactive with their building care. If we get the chance to regularly do minor fixes to the structure you are less likely to need a major overhaul that is going to force us to shut down the building for an extended period of time!
Legal Requirements
We sort of touched on this issue in the last paragraphs what we want to make sure that you understand is that it is pretty common to see that we have to get special permits to work on these types of buildings. Usually, safety measures are bulked up at least when compared to how many residential services are performed. We will get all of the necessary permits to be able to work on the building as soon as possible!
